About Northern Beaches Gymnastics Academy

Northern Beaches Gymnastics Academy (NBGA) in North Narrabeen runs two birthday party formats: a Kindygym party for ages 1 to 5 and a Fitnastics party for ages 4 to 12.

The Kindygym party runs for an hour of play-based gymnastics with songs and games followed by 30 minutes of food and cake, while the Fitnastics party runs for 1.5 hours of trampolines, trapeze, foam pit, bars, beams, games and circuits; both are hosted by experienced coaches and can take up to 30 children. Party food is fully catered by an outside kitchen and delivered on site, and decorations, plates and cups can be supplied by the family or purchased through the academy.
